Take time to slow down, press pause and dedicate a full day to self care. With a balanced mix of Yoga flow, practises, breathing, Meditation, and many other aspects of Self care I feel passionate about. I design these special days to be memorable and empowering so everyone leaves not only relaxed and refreshed for the day but with practises and tools they can use in everyday life.
Yoga for Health Class
St Mary’s church, Nunthorpe
Mondays 10 - 11.30am.
This gentle class is suitable for all abilities. With a focus on anatomy, health and wellbeing we cover a wide variety of aspects of yoga. With a balance of physical poses, breath work, sequencing, strength and flexibility this class is ideal for those wanting to keep active and healthy.
Mama & baby Yoga
A unique, welcoming class to help you after birth and beyond and to help baby development. Babies are part of the class to offer you unique time to bond with baby whilst also learning beneficial yoga practises to help yourself physically and emotionally.

Gentle, safe Post-Natal exercises help to restore, tone and nourish the body after giving birth and the months afterwards.

Pregnancy yoga
Classes are due to return - Late 2024
Pregnancy yoga is perfect for total beginners or for those who wish to carry on yoga practise in a safe, nourishing way. Learn effective breathing techniques, gentle postures, sequences and specialist yoga practises that both nourish you and your baby. Time for a cuppa , chat and homemade treats at the end of class to meet other mums to be! You will gain access to our "community hive", a group for awesome women to support each other through pregnancy and beyond. Also look out for my Birth preparation Workshop events.
