Women's circle

Monthly in person meeting - Marton 

Monthly Zoom session 

When women sit in circle, share honestly and listen without judgement or advice something amazing happens. When we "just show up" in our rushed, stressed or exhausted imperfection something always shifts and feels totally perfect and joyful. It's stripped back simplicity but somehow so powerful, healing and magical. 

These sessions consist of two parts;

1, Teaching and sharing practises that i have used and gathered over years such as meditation, spiritual development, breath-work, deep rest and self compassion practises. Delivered in a way that anyone can access and use in their daily life like a "soul toolkit"

2, A women's circle where we will share a focus or intention for the session, each women is a "co-creator" of the session and can share (if they choose to) or just listen and support with an open heart.

Yoga workshops

Seasonal day retreats 

Take time to slow down, press pause and dedicate a full day to self care. With a balanced mix of Yoga flow, practises, breathing, Meditation, and many other aspects of Self care I feel passionate about. I design these special days to be memorable and empowering so everyone leaves not only relaxed and refreshed for the day but with practises and tools they can use in everyday life.

Mama & baby Yoga

Classes are due to return late - 2025

A unique, welcoming class to help you after birth and beyond and to help baby development. Babies are part of the class to offer you unique time to bond with baby whilst also learning beneficial yoga practises to help yourself physically and emotionally.

  • Gentle, safe Post-Natal exercises help to restore, tone and nourish the body after giving birth and the months afterwards.

  • Meet other new mums and make new friends in a small supportive group.

  • Gain access to our "Community Hive".  

Pregnancy yoga

Classes are due to return -  late 2025

Pregnancy yoga is perfect for total beginners or for those who wish to carry on yoga practise in a safe, nourishing way. Learn effective breathing techniques, gentle postures, sequences and specialist yoga practises that both nourish you and your baby. Time for a cuppa , chat and homemade treats at the end of class to meet other mums to be! You will gain access to our "community hive", a group for awesome women to support each other through pregnancy and beyond. Also look out for my Birth preparation Workshop events.
