“Press Pause” and indulge yourself in a slow, soulful day of rest in beautiful surroundings. You are warmly welcomed to join our Yoga Chill club with Joanne and Steph, as this season of late summer invites us to slow down and connect with the earth.

The practises of the day will consist of a perfect balance of gentle flowing yoga sequences to connect to "Shakti" (source energy), Pranayama breath work to feel revitalised, Yoga Nidra relaxation for total nourishment and rest, Ayurvedic practise, Restorative yoga and meditation that is accessible for all.

As our focus is to settle into a slower pace there will also be plenty of free time during the day to relax, explore the gorgeous surroundings and gardens, gather and connect round a fire or "just be" in whatever way you choose!

Enjoy a delicious and healing Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch.

Refreshments and beautiful homemade cakes and treats are also included along with other suprises and treats for you to take home.

The retreat isn’t only a perfect pause for a day but will hopefully give you practises to find your own peace, intuition and ability to rest anytime in a busy life!

This event is inclusive of all abilities and for pregnant women after the first trimester.

YOGA TESTIMONIALS

"I started one-to-one yoga with Steph when I was experiencing back pain on a daily basis.  I have scoliosis and Steph was able to assess my range of movements and develop a programme of exercises that would help increase mobility and reduce the discomfort.  The one-to-one lessons provided me with a real understanding of how practising yoga helps, and Steph gave me the confidence that I was not going to do myself any harm.  Steph was always happy to run back through the basics if I got confused, and kept the exercises interesting and gave me a sense of progression.  I went on to join one of Steph’s weekly group classes and found it really friendly and fun.  Steph is able to offer a range of options for people who have health problems or who are wishing to push themselves harder.  Since regularly practising yoga with Steph, I no longer experience back pain and I enjoy the health and peace that yoga provides.  Another of Steph’s skills is her massage; she provides a really relaxing and enjoyable massage, creating a comfortable and tranquil environment, which feels such a treat. "It's my first time doing yoga and its a really nice gentle introduction. Its a lovely atmosphere working in a small group getting to know others who are also pregnant. Relaxation is amazing and perfect to switch off and focus on breathing techniques. Yoga practises are really easy to follow and help encourage stretching and strengthening."

Mandy - PREGNANGY YOGA

" This is the second time of doing pregnancy yoga. I found it really useful during my first labour. The midwives were really impressed with my breathing techniques. I have recommended Steph and pregnancy yoga to all my pregnant friends!"
