Women's circle
Location: "Barn Owl Yurt" The Hive garden
When women sit in circle, share honestly and listen without judgement or advice something amazing happens. When we "just show up" in our rushed, stressed or exhausted imperfection something always shifts and feels totally perfect and joyful. It's stripped back simplicity but somehow so powerful, healing and magical.
These sessions consist of two parts;
1, Teaching and sharing practises that I have used and gathered over years such as meditation, spiritual development, breath-work, deep rest and self compassion practises. Delivered in a way that anyone can access and use in their daily life like a "soul toolkit"
2, A women's circle where we will share a focus or intention for the session, each women is a "co-creator" of the session and can share (if they choose to) or just listen and support with an open heart.

Take time to slow down, press pause and dedicate a full day to self care. I plan these events intuitively so each is unique and takes different themes and forms. I will call upon my knowledge of physical practises such as Yoga flow & Chi Kung, breath work, meditation , and many other aspects of Self care I feel passionate about. I design these special days to be memorable and empowering so everyone leaves not only relaxed and refreshed for the day but with practises and tools they can use in everyday life. We raise frequency and heart energy to spread out like positive ripples into the world.
